These Terms govern your use of the Adlyno website and mobile application. By using Adlyno you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Adlyno is operated for users in Canada; prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
The service
Adlyno is a price-comparison and product-discovery service. We aggregate offers, prices and information from third-party merchants and affiliate networks. We are not a seller: we do not sell products, process payments, ship goods, or handle returns. Any purchase is a contract between you and the merchant, governed by the merchant's own terms.
Your account
Some features (saved selection, price alerts) require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be of legal age in your province to create an account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
Prices, offers and accuracy
Prices, availability, rankings, shipping fees and delivery times come from merchants and third parties and may change at any time. They are shown for information only, in Canadian dollars and, where indicated, taxes included; shipping fees may not be included. Despite our efforts, listings may contain errors or be out of date — always confirm the final price and conditions on the merchant's site before buying.
Affiliate links and advertising
Adlyno participates in affiliate programs and may earn a commission when you click a link and buy from a merchant, at no additional cost to you. The service is also supported by advertising. These affiliate relationships do not influence the objectivity of the comparison, which is based on the data available to us.
Intellectual property
The Adlyno name, logo, design and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws and belong to Adlyno or its licensors. Product names, brands and merchant logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit the service or its content without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: scraping or extracting data at scale, overloading or disrupting our systems, bypassing security, reverse-engineering the app, infringing others' rights, or using the service for unlawful purposes. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service and its users.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, including as to accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adlyno is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for transactions concluded with merchants. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts located in Quebec, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. We may update these Terms and the service at any time; the current version is always available here, and continued use means you accept the changes.
